Summary: We loved the hotel but the Tasting at Pullman was too long, only the sweet tastings were deserving of a Michelin star, and we left hungry. Based on this, we felt the experience was lacking and overpriced.

Summary: Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff and a beautiful location. Appreciated the hot whiskeys at the bar to help with my cold. Lots of parking and no issues with the EV charging. Will return!!!

Summary: What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place

Summary: Room clean , staff very friendly, lovely breakfast. Only small complaints, kippers were too small. No smoked salmon sandwiches I would like a small soap , hate third push things. How much would a small soap cost?

Summary: Excellent warm welcome. Staff so gracious and helpfull with any request plus offering fantastic ideas for our days out. Massage amazing for the day we stayed local. Room clean and always well kept with a night time treat at turn down. Food fantastic and did not want to leave :) Loved every minute
